Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Affiliate Information

This Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between PLR-Health-Wizard.com, Loveland, OH USA and you, as an affiliate promoting our membership. 

You must agree to abide by the terms and conditions in this Agreement in order to participate.  Please read this carefully before registering and using the service as an Affiliate.  By signing up as an Affiliate you indicate your acceptance of the Agreement and the terms and conditions.  If you don't accept this Agreement then do not use the program as an Affiliate.

The Agreement is summarized:

• You may place our merchant banners anywhere on your site as you see fit, or within non-spam emails.

• We may email you concerning the Affiliate Program
 
• You may not advertise PLR-Health-Wizard on Adult, Hate, Gambling or other related sites

• Your Affiliate Agreement may be terminated at our discretion if we determine that  your site includes information which:
  *promotes sexually explicit material
  *promotes violence
  *promotes discrimination based on sex, religion, race, nationality, disability or age
  *promotes illegal activities
  *violates intellectual property rights

• You will be paid your commissions on the 1st of every month you have sold memberships

• All statistics are collected and calculated by PLR-Health-Wizard and Amember which will be the only valid stats used for determining commissions. You have access to your statistics inside the Affiliate area.

• As an affiliate, you can only have 1 account.

• All affiliates are paid via Paypal and those outside the U.S. may be mailed checks

• Your physical address listed for receiving checks MUST be your actual address. Mail forwarding services, for the purpose of avoiding network demographics, is NOT allowed. For example, if you choose USA as your country, you must be in the USA. If you choose Russia as a country, you must be in Russia.

• We will not condone SPAM of any kind.  DO NOT SPAM.  We will terminate your account for the first offence.  If you are unsure of the SPAM laws check the government website at http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/business/ecommerce/bus61.shtm

• You may place banners or links within your newsletters, in content of your website, or within other web related content.

• NOT ALLOWED: All other uses of banners or links, such as newsgroups, chat rooms, ICQ, message boards, banner networks, hit farms, counters, or guest books etc. are NOT allowed.

• NOT ALLOWED: Any placement of creative in a "Desktop" advertising scheme. This includes any and all 3rd party advertising platforms that use a desktop application to display ads in any form.

• NOT ALLOWED: Any display of a merchant window that isn't the result of a direct click by the end-user.
• Failure to abide by these rules will mean termination from the Affiliate program.

• Anytime you attempt to perpetrate a fraud you will be terminated from the program and will forfeit all as yet unpaid commissions. Fraud is defined as any action that intentionally attempts to create sales, leads, or click-throughs using robots, frames, iframes, scripts, or manually "refreshing" of pages, for the sole purpose of creating commissions.

• You are unable and may not offer any warranty or guarantee for the content contained in the membership.  The owner of PLR-Health-Wizard offers a guarantee to members and will publicize this on the sale page.

• You may offer an incentive of your own for purchase through your affiliate link but the content of that incentive may not contain Hate, Pornography or Gambling information.

• Once you enter the Affiliate area you’ll have access to links and banners that contain your tracking information.  Do NOT advertise the price of PLR-Health-Wizard or the levels of membership.  You may use the email, blog post or review templates available and change them to fit your specific audience.

PRIVACY POLICY

PLR-Health-Wizard.com  respects the privacy of its users and Affiliates and will not disclose personal information to third parties without the express permission of You and Your company.
